BILL OF LADING REQUIRED FOR ISSUING CERTIFICATE

Effective September 1, 2004, all applicants are required to submit Bill of Lading for each booking of goods to CCIC before certificates can be released. Please note the following procedures:

1) When applicant sends the confirmation for the draft of certificate to our documentation staff, a copy of the Non Negotiable Bill of Lading for that booking has to be attached.
(We prefer you email the B/L directly to our documentation staff).

2) Please write on the top right hand corner of each page of the B/L the certificate number, e.g. NAC0421234. If B/L consists of more than one page, please mark e.g. P.1 of 3, P.2 of 3 etc.

3) For inspection done by CCIC New York or CCIC Chicago, Bill of Lading should be fax to them directly instead to CCIC North America Inc.
